Scott Norling
Scott Norling is an ordained Pastor, who has been ministering in India for the past 20 years with his wife and five children. Scott heads a TV production company called Progressive Media Vision Pvt. Ltd. Scott also serves as Asia Director and International Consultant for Joyce Meyer Ministries. He pioneered and manages the mission organisations of Gospel Mission of India and Hand of Hope. Scott also partners with a number of other international organisations such as Alpha, Samaritan’s Purse, My Hope India, Focus on the Family and Operation Christmas Child.
Chris Sadler
Chris Sadler became Chairman of Alpha Asia Pacific in 2004. He sits on the board of Alpha International in London and various Alpha boards in the Asia Pacific region. Chris also works as a company director, sitting on a number of boards in the corporate and not-for-profit sectors. Chris has 20 years experience in the investment banking industry, working in New York, London and Australia, and until 2004, Chris was a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank in Melbourne. Chris and his wife Katy became Christians after attending an Alpha Course at Holy Trinity Brompton in London in 1991.

J Varada Raj has been involved with many successful ministries, including a program for sending missionary doctors to northern India, a fellowship for the members of parliament in Delhi, leading the Global Day of Prayer, and most recently organising the Purpose Driven Church conferences in India.
